My main achievements in the job include:
•The categories under my responsibilities Homes, Décor, Drinkware, Accessories, Trendy Collectibles, Back to School, , Licensed Apparel, , Toys, Games etc. contributed just under 33% of the group’s turnover and more than 40% of the margin.
•Pre pandemic increased revenues by 56%, margins by over 50% over same period last year
•Ensured survival of key categories even with lockdowns in major markets by changing logistics strategy & category optimization both online & in - store
•Post Pandemic - beat both top line (+280 bps vs plan) and bottom-line targets (+379 bps vs plan)
•Defined the store stock density and store display standards by doing benchmarking with competition, identified the gaps in range / customer offering, and translated them into future growth opportunities

I was in charge of developing the first licensing program of any IPL team in the country (Rajasthan Royals).

As well as handling the marketing and syndication of IP's when the Indian TV Channel was launched.
