Pricing Civil and MEP works with star rates and Preparation of Estimate summaries.
Maintaining cost data base by entering and backing up data.
Collecting Quotations from Civil and MEP Sub-Contractors & Reviewing of Quotation and finalizing the price.
Create the presentation slides concerning the project for high management meeting.
Prepare construction sequence for Tender stage.
Study and understand the tender clarifications and replied for that.
Involving with Variation Team for Technical & Commercial Issue.
Prepare the Weekly/Monthly progressive reports for submission to consultant.
Checking & Verify the BOQ, Drawing & Specifications and give necessary comments.
Dealing with subcontractor and follow up work schedule by comparing with contractual schedule.
Taking off Quantities, Perform Re measuring and checking with BOQ
Visit to the site for verifying Subcontractors work done.
Preparing the Contracts with the Contractors.
Actual work & material estimation & Checking.
Monitoring the payments for Contractors
Estimation Works for Tendering works.
Prepare the daily progressive report
