Checks, reviews, approves isolation, energized, access - Electrical & Mechanical work permit on a daily basis.

Performs as Hse Loto Tagging Authority.

Directly reports to Hse Loto Manager.

Ensure that all PPE & LOTO safety protocols are being followed by all contractors and subcontractors.

Conducts Loto Training for PR_RP, RED BADGE & Basic Loto.

Residential Buildings
• Review and re-design electrical plans for lighting and power system with calculation of load and its feeder and sub feeder cables.
• Supervise and inspects of all installed fittings and conduits for lighting and power system including communication cables, telephone and data system.
• Raise inspection request (IR) for all electrical installation on site.
• Perform and conduct continuity and insulation testing of wires and cables based on the standards, required specifications & codes.
• Hands on experience in Termination of cables and wires from MV, HV and LV system to ensure that the terminated cables should be correct and the phase sequence is also corrected.
• Coordinate with other trades to make sure that the installation of electrical system should be approved in the design drawings.
• Attend and conduct all Safety toolbox meetings and Safety training to all technicians to ensure safety and home free from electrical hazards.
• Perform Pre functional and Functional test to all installed electrical panels and switch boards and give instructions to supervisor and technician before and final testing.
• Conduct initial inspection to all installed disconnect switch with wires and cables for HVAC system including FCU’s prior for final inspection and Energization.
• Submit daily reports to the owner/clients.
• Resolved any technical problems by discussing to the Engineering Department and consultants with respect to the clients.
• Installation & Commissioning of Switch Gears, Duct Banks, Power and Lighting panels, Transformers, mains Cables as per approved electrical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct weekly meeting to the other trades and clients.

• Fully responsible for the full spectrum of MEP works, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing maintenance works for properties being maintained by Khansaheb.
• Provide support to fulfill client’s request like ceiling inspection and electrical loads.
• Supervises servicing and maintenance works done by Technicians and contractors.
• Liaises with contractors on maintenance works.
• Issues Maintenance Work Order (MWO) form to Technicians.
• Follow up on actions taken for these works in accordance with their job descriptions.
• Responds to emergencies and breakdowns.
• Ensures that the work is done as per Technical Services Requirements and Standards and in accordance with the Corporate Engineering Policies and Standard Operating Procedures of the company.
• Ensures all technical reports, files and records complies accurately and promptly and submitted to the AFM as required.
• Ensures fire and life safety systems are operational.
• Conducts monthly engineering audit for properties.
• Ensures a consistent drive for innovative approach in product delivery and services to both internal and external customers.
• To plan and organize training programs for Technical Staff.
• Ensures diligence in performing technical works.
• Ensures that all non-routine work is planned in an orderly fashion without interrupting the PPM.
• Ensures all portable equipment on site is in good working condition.
• Prepares shift chart, risk allowance and subcontractors activity list report when and where required.
• Performs Technician’s tools audit when and where required.
• Ensures that consumables/materials are available in site stores for maintenance.

Al Messila Resort and VIP Spa
• Studies, reviews and checks all approved drawings for power and lighting system with feeder and sub-feeder lines, low voltage system ( locations of electrical duck bank in all building locations and low current systems.
• Supervise, monitoring and checks all installed cable tray and trunking in all electrical rooms and pump rooms with detail design prior for inspection.
• Reviews and check the locations of all grounding system in all buildings, landscaping (INFRASTRUCTURE), Lightning protection, Earthing and bonding system with test pits around the foundation based on the detailed design.
• Reviews and checks final installation of grounding system in all locations of the building including Test pit and installed earth rod with earth megger test. Preparation of electrical specifications, Datasheets, Requisitions and Inspection request (IR) as well.
• Monitors and checks excavation of cable trench / ducts in all buildings.
• Reviews and inspects excavation of cable trench / ducts prior to installation of power cable (XLPE), LV and ELV system, Fiber Optic Cable and Bare Copper Wire (BCW) based on the issued approved drawings, standards and specifications.
• Monitors, reviews and inspects sand bedding, sand fill / backfilling to all routings and location
of cable trench and ducts.
• Prepare documents (RFI’s if there’s a discrepancy or wrong details on the drawing should be
Coordinated to the senior Qc engineer). Performed QC inspection on products received by
suppliers.
• Reviews and checks all schedules of loads and single line diagram in all systems based on the approved of the designer and consultants, and specifications.
• Reviews all standards according to the National Electrical Code (NEC, IEC, ANSI, BS) and
KHARAMAA Regulations.
• Assign in all testing of power & lighting, power cable (XLPE) under duct and low current system prior to final termination to MDB and DB’s including MV, LV and ELV cable inside the buildings.
• Reviews and checks termination of MV, LV and ELV cable based on the submitted Method statement.
• Supervise, checks and inspects of all installed power cables, fiber optic and BCW with continuity and megger testing based on the required specifications & QCS).

WTG (Wind Turbine Generator / 3MW)
• Studies, reviews and checks all locations of electrical duck bank in all WTG locations for feeders and sub feeder lines including fiber optic cables.
• Monitors, supervises and inspects routings of cable trench near WTG towers prior to installation of XLPE cables for electrical duck banks.
• Review, checks and inspect all installed bare copper wire in all locations of towers.
• Review and check approved drawings for earthing system Prior for final Inspection Request of installed grounding cable (BCW) from inner layer of the foundation, pedestal and inner ring of the tower, including outside foundation with grounding test pit based on the standard form with specs.
• Monitoring and inspection of excavation of cable trench along south, west, ocean, east drive locations and additional towers in De Luna property.
• Inspection of excavation of cable trench prior to laying of power cable (XLPE), Fiber Optic
Cable and Bare Copper Wire (BCW). Including the depth and width of the cable trench based on the issued approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitors, reviews and inspects sand bedding, sand fill / backfilling to all routings and location of cable trench.
• Performed inspection on product received by supplier or material delivery on site.
• Reviews all schedules of loads based on the approved of the designer and consultants, and specifications.
• Reviews all standards according to the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC, IEC, ANSI) etc.
• Inspection of installed Switch gear in all 50 towers.
• Assign in all testing if power cable (XLPE) prior to termination of MV and HV cable inside the towers.
• Inspects all termination of MV and HV cable based on the submitted Method statement.
• Assign in Electrical and Mechanical Walk down Inspection to all 50 towers.
• Supervised and inspects testing of all power cable, fiber optic and BCW (continuity and megger testing) in all areas.

Yaw Building, Transformer, Shunt Reactor and RMU’s
• Studies, reviews and checks all locations of electrical duck bank of generator, transformer, shunt reactor and RMU’s.
• Monitoring, supervised and inspection of all the routings of grounding cables around the area.
• Reviews and checks locations of all grounding test pit in all locations.
• Inspection of final installation of power cable from RMU, Shunt reactor, transformer and generator to substation room.
• Reviews and checks schematic diagram and load schedule if all cable installed are based on the approved submitted cable size.
• Monitoring and inspection of final megger testing in all locations of all installed wires and cables.
• Perform Testing and commissioning of all installed equipment’s in all area.

OHTL (Over Head Transmission Line - 115KV)
• Studies, reviews and checks all locations of electrical grounding system in every tower (148 towers).
• Monitoring, supervise and inspects installed grounding cable and electrode rod to all pedestal
towers based on the approved drawings.
• Monitoring, supervise and inspects installed ACSR cable including sag and tension, stringing
works to all towers.
• Performed Inspection of approved materials prior to erection of individual towers.
• Review IR’s submitted prior for final inspection of all towers.
• Monitoring, supervise and inspects continuity and megger testing of individual towers.
• Final inspection of sag and tension to all towers, including OPGW and OHGW from switch yard to New Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP).

Shoe Mart Mall & High Rise Building
• Studies, reviews and checks all the routings of all installed conduits for feeders and sub feeder lines including homeruns for lighting and power systems.
• Reviews all schedule of loads based on the approved specification of the designer and
consultant.
• Reviews all standards according to the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
• Assign in all electrical rooms, especially for the installation of all panel boards, ECB’s, bus bar gutters and free standing panels from basement 1, 2, 3 and from lower ground up to 5th floor (Mall Area).
• Supervise and monitors all installed electrical panel boards in electrical room in the tower from 6th to 29th Floor, including wiring installation and termination.
• Supervise all electrical works in mall area, electrical rooms and substation room as well for the termination of cables from low voltage switch gear to MDP.
• Check and supervise the arrangement and setting of cables in low voltage switch gear 1, 2, 3, 4.
• Assign in energization for the equipment test for pre functional and functional test (testing and commissioning).
• Checks and lists all result of megger test to all cables installed, including internal testing.
• After test result of a megger and continuity test we should energized the priority panels in electrical room.
• Instructs technicians before and after the test.
• Testing of escalators, elevators, ahu with controller panel, blowers, power and lightings at mall area in all equipment.

• Reviews and checks all routings of all installed electrical conduits with cable homeruns.
• Estimates and verifies complete request proposal for the project.
• Supervise work of Technician appointed to the project.
• Monitoring of installed electrical materials.
• Performs all other related tasks that will help to meet requirements of the project.

New Doha International Airport ( Sky Oryx )
• Performs technical tasks assigned by our Electrical Manager related with the design issues.
• Review & study electrical approved plans and specifications.
• Familiarization on site prior to installation of conduits for feeders and sub feeders, low current system HV, MV and cable tray/trench installation.
• Monitoring of all installed conduits for lighting and power homerun including especial system.
• Coordinates with MEP contractors and other trades for the activities on site.
• Monitoring and checking of all installed panel boards in electrical and SCR Rooms in all buildings including the LVSG and ELVSS in substation. Monitoring and checking of temperature reading and humidity at transformer and switchgear room.
• Conduct initial testing of installed wires and cables in all electrical rooms w/c includes panel boards, transformer & switchgear prior to final inspection and witness of testing signed by the contractors, third party, gen-con and consultant.
• Review and check submitted Inspection Request or Inspection Test plan prior to proceed for inspection and this documents was approved based on the specifications.
• Prepare & submit daily, weekly and monthly report for the progress of the project.
• Maintains close relation with other trades, engineers and consultant of the project.
• Performed Inspection of material delivery on site and check if the material delivered on site is approved based on the submitted drawings and spec by the contractors.
• Review, check & initial inspection of all installed disconnect switch with wires and cables for HVAC system including FCU’s prior to final inspection and Energization.

School / Universities
• Performs technical tasks assigned by the Lead Electrical Engineer, related with the design verification & changes.
• Monitors daily electrical activities & give site instruction for all installation of all system, including progress & work hand over.
• Prepare and submit inspection request to all installed boxes and conduits for all systems prior to concrete pouring schedule required by the consultant.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for the progress of the project.
• Prepare and submit RFI’s related plans/documents need to apply additional Power, Lighting or
Low current Systems for approval of the designer and reviewed by the consultant.
• Coordinates with other trades especially MEP works and other technical activities.
• Under my supervision in all electrical works in site.
• Reviews electrical specifications and approved shop drawings prior to installation.
• Computing calculation of loads schedule for power and lighting system, MDB & DB for panel
Schedule.
• Maintains close working relationship with the co-workers and consultant Representative.

Airport, Malls, High Rise Building
• Reviews all technical documentation to define planning and design criteria and Electrical Engineering requirements including system models and calculations to develop working drawings for site use.
• Maintains project technical files & collect all approved materials for Electrical documents.
• Prepares technical documentation for electrical material approval and requisition as well as providing assistance to the procurement department in the technical evaluations.
• Prepares Estimates, BOQ’s, Material List / Request for approval of the owners.
• Prepares shop drawing and as-built plans.
• Computes load schedule for power and lighting system (additional works).
• Transmission line experience for the improvement of street lighting in site development.
• Substation work experience for the installation of cable trays, conduits for feeders and sub feeders, lighting and power system, including termination of cables and wires from LVSB to MDP and electrical panel boards in electrical room as well and testing and commissioning.
• Monitoring of all installed electrical equipment such as Generator, Transformers, Synchronizing panel, Low voltage switch gear, panel boards.
• Monitoring of all installed cables and wires for feeders and sub feeders.
• Conducts testing to all system on site (continuity and megger).
• Trouble shooting of all system on site.
• Coordinates with other trades regarding the routes of all utilities on site to avoid obstruction of all works in site.
• Direct site supervision of entire Electrical work force as well as planning and control system
operation in the inter-project work flow system.
