Provide different assessments, configuration, performance, migration, patch assessments &
Backup Recovery.
Handle Database migration projects to Exadata.

Cloud Knowledge.
Good Experience in Telecom and Banking fields.
Responsible for supporting around 20 customer databases with different technologies based on
orange shared cloud (oracle, Mssql, Mysql).
Solve any database issue received by any mean of communication (Mail, ticketing systems, call)
24*7 on call bases support.
Apply any change request received from customers (new installation, upgrade, migration, scale
in and out, scale up and down, etc.)
Comply with customer SLA for all support cases according to their support contract.
Perform Database administration tasks for all customers (Oracle, MSSQL, and MYSQL).
Run Proactive actions based on monitoring tools like Preventive Maintenance, performance
tuning and Health Checks for Databases.
Do all oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) Scenarios (backup, restore and recovery) using both
disks and tapes.
DR implementation and testing with Oracle data Guard and data guard broker.
Run bench testing and DR drill test for our customers.
Have a good practical knowledge in Oracle RAC 12C&11g, ACFS, ASM implementation and
configuration.
Main Duties:
Provide Level 1 and 2 supports to database operation, including fulfilling requests and
troubleshooting issues.
Ensure availability and health of database system.
Ensure compliance to IT security standards, policies and procedures for database
implementation and operation
Setup database to baseline standards, including backup.
Perform database maintenance including scheduling of downtime activities and patching.
Enterprise-level database scaling and capacity planning.
Perform Optimization and performance tuning.
Database design and implementation of data models, tables, indexes, and schemas to support
new functionality as the business demands.
Installing Oracle server and client software, creating, upgrading and patching databases on
Linux and Windows
Upgrade and Migrate oracle database to higher version on multi platforms.
Working with Development team to apply their new Reports and Functions to the Database.
ITS Customers for All database problems, failure and Requests for the Following types of databases (Oracle-Sybase-Microsoft SQL) on UNIX, Linux and window environments.
•Achieve the customer SLA for all support tickets according to the support contract.
•Perform Database administration tasks for some of the customers (Oracle).
•Prepare Preventive Maintenance, performance tuning and Health Check for Databases (Oracle Sybase).
•Updating and upgrading database with latest updates and patches (Oracle).
•Have a good knowledge in oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) all backup, restore and recovery scenario on both disks and tapes.
•Have a good knowledge in Oracle data Guard, and data guard broker implementation, configuration and troubleshooting.
•Have a good practical knowledge in Oracle RAC 12C&11g ASM implementation and configuration.

(ITS) Global Delivery Center
Main Duties:
•Single Point of Contact and Incident owner for all ITS customers including Banking, ERP and Infrastructure
•Provide 24x7 operations support for 120+ customers and 2000+ end users over Africa, Asia, Middle east and Levant within the Incident Management Process
•Works according to ITIL® as service management frame work
•Experience in working with a geographically dispersed organization and customers
•Handling all incidents, service requests and escalations through BMC Remedy ticketing system according to predefined SLA (Service level agreement) and OLA (operational level agreement)
•Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution
•Work with all support groups, vendors and third parties to provide seamless support to customers
•monitoring the effectiveness of Incident Management and making recommendations for improvement
•Manage the reporting tool for generating external and internal reports
•Solve incidents based on good working knowledge of networking and system
Prepare All Design drawings in DD Stage (Detailed Design) for Lighting - Power_ Feeder
Routing - LV raiser Diagram - MV Raiser Diagram, etc.
Prepare preliminary Project study for Electrical works in Form of Schematic Report.
Prepare All Drawings For Construction Phase with All required Calculations,
Panel Distribution and Substation Details
Preparing the Project BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
Review Electrical Submittals Received From Contractors
Review Projects Shop Drawings.
Attend Site Inspection for Pre-Designed Projects.
