RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: -
Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities
• Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
• Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time,
resources and cash flow of the project

• Preparation of bill of quintiles and costing.
• Planning and controlling records and files.
• Take off quantities for the reports of the work progress.
• Detailing of drawings and preparations of bar bending schedule.
• Making of construction schedule as detailed indicating the of work, starting date and completion of each activity and installation, schedule of equipment /manpower loading, cash flow, etc as per the requirement of owner or his representative.

• Preparing Engineering drawings, designing and planning the project.
