New Headquarter Building . It is 300 meters hight steel structure tower.

Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
-Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
-Co-Ordinate the efforts off all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants and contractors.
-Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular WAR ROOM Meetings with all sub teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managed all financial, budgetary and administrative aspects of the projects including delegating responsibilities and following up with corrective measures on the same, preparing engineering schedules, evaluating manpower requirement, and ensuring strict adherence to allocated budgets, operational procedures and delivery schedules.
• Supervised key activities encompassing leveling, surveying, verifying drawings, quantities and calculations, as well as short-listed suppliers, negotiated prices and approved order quantities of construction material.
• Applied high-end project management concepts including critical path management, material and human resource management to plan and efficiently organize site facilities to meet deadlines.
• Oversaw all processes and functions, technical matters, delivery dates, modifications, variations, etc by working in conjunction with sub-contractors, construction managers, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and workforce.
• Liaised with client's representatives, consultants, engineers and surveyors, and coordinated with the procurement department and material suppliers.
• Appointed appropriate personnel contractors and consultants, delegated responsibilities among full time, part time and contracted employees, prepared time guidelines/schedules for various stages of project completion and executed handover.
• Monitored quality standards and safety measures on the site and ensured that all operational regulations are adhered to.
• Reviewed drawings/quantities and ensured that calculations are accurate as per plans. Maintained construction/building inspection files/logs, prepared project reports, measurement sheets and approval of monthly sheet as well as correspondence and requests for progress payments.

• Oversaw major structural and architectural works pertaining to multi-storey commercial and residential buildings, shopping malls, hotels and villas and ensure highest quality level of deliverables.
• Devised project schedules, monitored progress against established schedules, analyzed variations and proposed suitable modifications to avoid time/cost overruns.
• Planned and organized work and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines, oversaw and finalized purchase details of materials and plant for construction purpose.
