 Coordination among various contractors working on projects, follow up and approval from clients, and referenced for current power projects with regional utility.
 Coordination among various sections of civil, mechanical etc. for HVAC, building, switch yards, fire alarm system, sprinkle system and other auxiliaries of the substation.
 Review H.V substation layouts, equipment.
 Project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
 Develop schedule, task breakdown, and resource allocation for the engineering part of the project.
 Review subcontractor submittal packages.
 Provide technical support during the proposal stage of projects (i.e. cost estimates, layout concepts, equipment sizing, etc).
 Witness or direct manufacturer's test of HV Substation Equipments (FAT).

 Coordinated management activities of Substations and infrastructure projects to obtain strategic business and other organizational objectives.

 Through hard work and dedication I elevated my position at ABB from Project engineer to Project Estimator, Site Manager and finally Projects Manager at this Multinational leading Electrical Contracting Firm.
 Successfully completed multiple public projects inside and outside Egypt from start to finish.
 Managed Electro-mechanical Infrastructure and Automation projects totaling in excess of $30, 000, 000, consisting of over 24, 000 man-hours and 210, 000 square feet spread over (6) projects in a 10-years period as follows:
