Communications system
Coordination among various contractors working on projects, follow up and approval from clients, and referenced for current power projects with regional utility.
Coordination among various sections of civil, mechanical etc. for HVAC, building, switch yards, fire alarm system, sprinkle system and other auxiliaries of the substation.
Review H.V substation layouts, equipment.
Project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
Develop schedule, task breakdown, and resource allocation for the engineering part of the project.
Review subcontractor submittal packages.
Provide technical support during the proposal stage of projects (i.e. cost estimates, layout concepts, equipment sizing, etc).
Witness or direct manufacturer's test of HV Substation Equipments (FAT).
