• Managing the bulk backfilling and excavation works (5.4 million m3).
• Arranging MEPI & TMP with our safety team for the project.
• Preparing the method statements for all items of our scope in the project.
• Preparing all required documents to submit them to the client for approval.

NEOM Mountain Road Project in NEOM (Tabuk)

Worked as Site Manager for NEOM Mountain Service Road Project including associated mass earthworks for site preparation (37.2 k.m double and single carriageways) to serve The line Project in NEOM Area.
• Managing the haulage and processing the materials for the project (2.32 million m3).
• Managing the bulk backfilling and excavation works (2 million m3).
• Arranging MEPI & TMP with our safety team for the project.
• Managing the asphalt work for the road (373391 m2) in coordination with QC team, client and safety team .
• Preparing the method statements for all items of our scope in the project.
• Preparing all required documents to submit them to the client.
• Following up the shop drawings and materials submittals to obtain the approval from the client.
Saudi Arabian National Guard ( SANG) Hospital Project in Al-Qassim .

• Responsible to construct Central Utilities Plant (CUP), public and services buildings (19 buildings) with STP and the infrastructure networks in full coordination with MEP team

Nesma working on 10 residential building at KAUST town center for upgrading and I'm working as a Project Engineer responsible for the demolishing work, concrete repairing and all finishing works with full coordination with our MEP team for 3 residential buildings.

• Responsible for finishing works for Hyatt Regency Hotel (5 stars) (Tower H8, Zone S1) and snagging works.

From (01 / 01 / 2014) to (30 / 11 / 2014).
• Responsible for finishing works for JW Marriott Hotel (5 stars) (Tower H3, Zone N2) up to handing over stage.
Site Civil Engineer:
From (20 / 08 / 2011) to (25 / 12 / 2013).
• Responsible for the structural work and all concrete activities for two towers (H6 & H7, Zone S1) of Hilton Suites Hotels and a part of podium under them by different systems of formworks designed by Doka Company.
• Execute many different slabs ( post tension, hollow blocks, flat and solid slabs).
• Responsible for finishing works for Hilton Suites Hotel (5 stars) (Tower H6, Zone S1) from the beginning up to the handing over stage (from (01 / 10 / 2012) to (25 / 12 / 2013)).
Handling ( block works), (screed works), (plaster), (water proofing for wet areas, roofs and water tanks), (dry wall partitions and false ceiling), (surface preparation before painting works), (painting works), (cladding and façade works), (curtain walls), ( marble, ceramics and porcelain works), (wooden works like wooden doors, skirting, ceiling crown and moulding), (elevators works ) .
Coordinate and follow up the other works such as MEP works to achieve our targets and plans.
Responsible for coordination between structural and Architectural work.
Ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget and with the required quality.
Supervising and monitoring subcontractors and the labour force in addition to coordinating interface on site.
Resolving and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays in the project.
