• Carries out top management instructions and directives prepares replies form important work related subject.

1.Setup and implementation new ERP system, training the new employees at accounting, HR, sales and inventory
2.Establish chart of accounts, cost center and Code system for Inventories and HR. Also Monitoring all accountant and Cost
3.Work as Supply chain temporally.
4.Establish and implementation the First Budget
5.Establish a new facility with Afreximbank for Working capital and phase 3 investments.
6.Working with CEO for evaluate the company for Entering new shareholders
1.Considerations are at the root of all major business decisions. In addition, care must be taken to ensure that financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations.
2.Financial analyst or business analyst. Works closely with Management in the development and economic evaluation of various benefit programs. He is the link between the accounting department and upper management.
3.Maintains day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the Executives.
4.Ensures that all finances are properly administered & monitored, including credit control.
5.Provides and interprets financial information. Collates, prepares and interprets reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
6.Through analysis of accounting data, a Financial Manager finds ways to improve underperforming areas within the company creating efficiencies and reducing costs to maximize working capital for business growth.
7.Produces accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
8.Prepares draft Quarter financial accounts prior to audit.
9.Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. Processes payments and invoices.
10.Supervise bank reconciliations, petty cash and expenses.
11.Prepares monthly management accounts and annual reports.
12.Analyzes change and advises accordingly.
13.Prepares quarterly reports & report on variances/balances & monthly financial statements
14.Formulates strategic and long-term business plans. Undertakes strategic analysis and assists with strategic planning.
