1. Design and build interiors for safety, functionality and aesthetics.
2. Not only understand the durability and strength of building materials, but also be skilled in the use of wood, color schemes and textures in a space.
3. Plan to create or refinish spaces in private homes, retails or commercial buildings with their clients' tastes in mind and each job may require interaction with different clients, additional architects or designers, design teams and inspectors and in creating plans for a space, should take into account interior designer, lighting and furnishings and must also be aware of local building regulations so the designs should be up to Egypt code.

16. Preparing the projects time schedule.
17. Prepare preliminary cost estimates of the project.
18. Review product, analyze materials and determine appropriateness for application to projects.
19. Visiting the site in periodically and prepare the performance & progress reports.
20. Study the tenders and help the "Executive Director" in preparing and submission them.
21. Prepare the project as-built drawings (if required).
22. Help the main projects coordinator for controlling the Cad- staff & engineers by using them in all the previous jobs.
