Supervise team supervisors and field workers on a daily basis
Establish timeframe for field work
Resolve administrative issues relating to travel, accommodation, behaviors of field teams, security issues etc. through appropriate channels
Oversee the shipment of samples
Troubleshoot any problems with fieldwork
1.Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development
2.Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
3.Manage and develop direct reporting staff
4.Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
Receive and handle the customers concerns and solve their problems till reach their totally satisfaction.

• Support the company’s archive function by archiving relevant marketing material.
• Assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with venue staff and media partners, to support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.
• Supply sufficient information to the marketing manager to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity.
• Maintain liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing material.
