achieve daily production plans with required quality.

Developing and implementation of production targets for sector workshops with IE team to increase
productivity and workers income without increasing labor. (Saving 1 million/year)
➢ Chaton’s Fully Automated Machines: (6 months)
Design new production facilities for new fully automated machines regarding all production,
maintenance and safety needs to reach the best utilization of area and easy production, calculating
production targets and number of workers needed for new machines depending on analysis of
production and quality data and supporting process team to solve any arising problem
➢ Crystal Flat Back Manufacturing Process Improvement: (1 year)
Participated with IE team in improving material and product flow in area, increasing productivity,
applying 5S, KPIs, improving documentation flow and making monitoring and visual management
system, time study and line balancing and supporting production engineering team in area to
develop and automate new machines used in manufacturing. (saving 200, 000/year)
➢ (HSE) system improvement and implementation: (6 months)
● Make job hazard analysis (JHA) and ergonomic assessment for critical jobs, and machines in the
factory to eliminate the hazard and define needed (PPEs), precautions and training to deal with also
recording and analyzing systems for injuries on ERP systems.
● Minimizing medical diseases costs by performing environmental reports and studies for all factory
areas to improve working environment and follow up necessary solutions for problems (about 50
studies for dust -gasses -sound …etc.) (saving about 1 million/year)
