The Umm Al Nar Power and Desalination Project ("Project") is a development located on Sas Al Nakhl, approximately 20km east of Abu Dhabi city. This is the fourth IWPP in Abu Dhabi . a special purpose vehicle established by Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority ("ADWEA"), and International Power plc ("IPR"), Tokyo Electric Power Company ("TEPCO") and Mitsui & Co., Ltd ("MITSUI").
Our 140-credit BS program is accredited both by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org/ , in the United States and by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Highly-acclaimed four-year Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree program is based on a solid foundation of science and mathematics needed to understand advanced engineering topics and applications.
