7- Supporting Proposal department by providing Installation Method statements/ proposed execution plans, proposing construction strategies and techniques efficient for costing and tendering.
8- Site follow-up and monitoring work progress to extract lessons learned for future plans and mitigations.

Title: Estimation & Proposal Engineer
Completed 3 years in Tendering for projects with over than 300 M US $ budgets. Dealt with Main OPERATORS such as ADNOC, ARAMCO, OXY, ONGC, QG, OOCEP, etc…. Acquired special tendering technics by dealing with major industry CONTRACTORS. Optimized bidding methodologies and succeeding in realizing project awards.
• Review, Study and segregation of Tender documents.
• Tendering focal point, coordinating with Client and raising necessary Tender queries.
• Interfacing with all other departments (Projects, Plant, Operation, Finance, and Engineering) and reviewing outputs and compiling as per Client submission requirements.
• Management of tender activities and interfaces.
• Producing Proposal schedule and inputs receipt plan.
• Preparation of MTOs and BOQs where required.
• Generating of RFQs and coordinating with relevant subcontractors and suppliers.
• Creating specific project execution Plans with relevant method statements in consultation with Engineering and projects departments and achieving the best optimization for cost-benefit and efficient scheduling.
• Strategizing Project schedule to ensure the best winning opportunities.
• Proposing the appropriate Marine Spread to conduct the Scope of Works based on Client Marine requirements, activities to be carried out and spread availability.
• Pricing, preparing the schedule of prices and carry out final submission.

Senior Offshore Field Engineer/ Project engineer/ project Coordinator
Title: Senior Field Engineer
• Offshore supervision of project execution as per approved procedures and in line with Client requirements and applicable standards: ➢ Laying operation for pipelines from 8" OD to 48" OD including welding, testing, and field joint coating.
➢ Flooding, cleaning, gauging, and hydrostatic testing.
➢ Shore pulling, crossing installation and free span correction.
➢ Tie-in spool, PLEM, mooring anchors, and SPM installations.
➢ Chain laying and installation of piles using hammers.
• Inspection at coating yard for pipelines diameters between 8" & 26".
➢ Cleaning, sand blasting, and primer painting.
➢ Coal Tar Enamel and concrete coatings.
➢ Tests witnessing: Impact, Strip, and Lab tests.
• Stress analyzing using Offpipe software.
Title: Project Coordinator/ Project Engineer
• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Preparation of project procedures and manuals.
• Preparation of Suppliers/ subcontractors bid tabs and release of Purchase orders after approval of Project Manager.

• Implementing Mobilization procedure and organizing project material as per marine vessels layouts.
