Title: Estimation & Proposal Engineer

Completed 3 years in Tendering for projects with over than 300 M US $ budgets. Dealt with Main OPERATORS such as ADNOC, ARAMCO, OXY, ONGC, QG, OOCEP, etc…. Acquired special tendering technics by dealing with major industry CONTRACTORS. Optimized bidding methodologies and succeeding in realizing project awards.
• Review, Study and segregation of Tender documents.
• Tendering focal point, coordinating with Client and raising necessary Tender queries.
• Interfacing with all other departments (Projects, Plant, Operation, Finance, and Engineering) and reviewing outputs and compiling as per Client submission requirements.
• Management of tender activities and interfaces.

Title: Senior Field Engineer
• Offshore supervision of project execution as per approved procedures and in line with Client requirements and applicable standards: ➢ Laying operation for pipelines from 8" OD to 48" OD including welding, testing, and field joint coating.
➢ Flooding, cleaning, gauging, and hydrostatic testing.
➢ Shore pulling, crossing installation and free span correction.
➢ Tie-in spool, PLEM, mooring anchors, and SPM installations.
➢ Chain laying and installation of piles using hammers.
• Inspection at coating yard for pipelines diameters between 8" & 26".
➢ Cleaning, sand blasting, and primer painting.
➢ Coal Tar Enamel and concrete coatings.
➢ Tests witnessing: Impact, Strip, and Lab tests.
• Stress analyzing using Offpipe software.

Title: Project Coordinator/ Project Engineer
