Worked as a Senior Quantity surveying engineer, my job included:
• Revise quantity takeoff sheets submitted by the contractor.
• Revise and approve contractor’s monthly payment certificate
• Revise, negotiate and approve variation orders submitted from the contractor.
• Coordinate with the project manager in all cost related issues.

Worked as a Senior technical office engineer, my job included:
• Quantity surveying.
• Issue subcontractors payment.
• Issue monthly payment certificate.
• Review material submission.
• Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
• Costing of variation orders and follow up till agreeing.
• Draw Shop drawings, As built drawings.
Project I’m working at:
• Construction of town houses - Garden heights villas - Hyde park - New Cairo.
• Internal finishes of town houses - Garden heights villas - Hyde park - New Cairo.
• Collector road landscape - Hydepark - New Cairo.

Working as a Procurement engineer in the company’s technical office department, my job included:
• Review all projects' documents and prepare list of materials required and list of vendors to be contacted.
• Seek quotations from suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors and negotiating their offers based on each project's requirements and specifications.
• Conducting all contractual works with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Follow up with subcontractor till closing subcontract.
As well as participate in project’s technical office activities which included the following:
