Serving the Chemical needs of the local Manufacturing Industries by Trading & Manufacturing of different product lines. Currently, I am responsible for the Sales of Industrial Chemicals, Petrochemicals & Refining Adsorbents & Catalysts; in the Western Region of KSA. The major scopes of the Industries being served are: Oil & Gas and Paints & Coatings. Major Customers are PetroRabigh, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Jotun and other related industries:

• Key Account Management
• Managing both tenders/contracts and Spot (Emergency shutdown) Sales

Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Customer Relationship Management - CRM and win the buyer’s confidence & loyalty to maintain regular and long term business relationship.
2. Reporting the management on Industrial Updates & providing Marketing Intelligence + updating the market feedback to the Product Principals.
3. Managing day to day sale activities & creating demand for the new products and persuade to issue RFQ or RFP on regular basis.
4. Coordinating in between the Product Principal (Manufacturer) and the Customer (End User).
5. Organizing & managing the product portfolio, analysis, development, pricing, costing, commercializing and positioning; and forecasting the demand.
6. Monitoring stocks & orders, arranging Shipments and supervise the inbound - outbound Logistics.
7. Payment follow-ups and financial recoveries against the credit sales.
8. Complete Sale Cycle - starting from the generation of demand till the collection of payments.
