•Assist in developing company policies and procedures and ensure their implementation by
working closely with the HR Manager and Department Heads.
• Drive the manpower planning process, ensuring adherence to manpower budgets and
appropriate staffing levels.
• Manage staff-related matters, including working conditions, benefits, attendance and absence
management, grievance procedures, and other personnel concerns.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
• Perform job analysis in coordination with job incumbents/managers; write and update Job
Descriptions and prepare Organization Charts.

• Review promotion and additional hire requests to ensure alignment with HR policy, secure
necessary approvals, and follow up on implementation.
• Oversee the performance appraisal process and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

Legal department.
• Assist with budget monitoring and payroll management.
• Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies regarding employee rights and
entitlements.
• Provide guidance on career development and succession planning to ensure the growth and
retention of key talent.
Human Resource

• Source, identify, and select suitable candidates according to procedures, timelines, and
budgets, ensuring alignment with Key Result Areas (KRAs).
• Prepare and forecast cost and manpower budgets based on anticipated business needs.
• Coordinate and manage recruitment, replacement, and transfer actions, advising on
entitlements and grading.
• Process personnel-related data (payroll, certificate requests, leave, etc.) in both paper and
database formats, ensuring compliance with employment requirements.
• Supervise payroll processes, including employee payments and entitlements, in accordance
with company policies and local labor laws.
• Review, calculate, and process performance bonuses, final settlements, and air tickets in line
with company policies.
• Assist in designing and developing learning and assessment strategies, including system
reviews and mobility processes.
• Monitor absenteeism and turnover trends, recommending procedures to reduce them.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR reports to the HR Director, highlighting key insights.
