RESPONSIBILITY:
1. To ensure the machineries and equipment’s are fabricated as per specification.
2. Develop and manage preventive and predictive facilities maintenance programs.
3. Carry out day to day process activities.
4. Carry out reporting and cost saving projects.
5. Develop and reviewed maintenance procedure for Maintenance - Mechanical.
6. Develop training package SAP (IPES) Plant Maintenance with SAP consultant.
7. Performed IPES training 40 sessions at Menara Exxon and Kertih for EMEPMI.
Accountable for effective management and overall quality of Production Operations equipment’s repair at onshore workshops.
Identify and implement performance improvements, intervene promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with Maintenance System Manual, especially to Onshore Repair.
Managing equipment’s and personnel for safe operating and maintenance Requirements.
Drive safety culture within the maintenance team.
Involved launching the LPS (Loss Prevention System for offshore personnel.
Train offshore personnel on LPS. Also train personnel on IPO (Incident Prevention Observation).
