- Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklists, in order to accept the Pre-commissioning of all units according to project specifications.
- Follow the Pre-commissioning Schedule and Plans in accordance with project guidelines and Mechanical Completion priorities.
- Mechanical Completion checking and testing of equipment together with Quality Control and Construction, to confirm that the installation is in accordance with drawings and specifications and ready for Commissioning in a safe manner and in compliance with project requirements.
- Compile the Punch List items register, listing of all the punch list items received during the Walkthroughs, either from Company or Client representatives, describing incomplete works or malfunction of equipment or construction execution defects. Follow-up till the resolution by the Construction disciplines and Procurement of all the Punch List items received, assigning them category and priority, and discussing acceptance with the management of the Client.
