Provide strategic leadership for HMG Housing,
Transportation, Safety & Security, maintenance and
environmental Services Teams and ensure the effective
delivery of high quality services in accordance Strategic
plan and HMG policies and procedures.
My Duties are:
- Operation & Maintenance Services Management,
- Janitorial Services Management,
- West and Hazardous Materials Services Management,
- Safety and Security Services Management,
- Property and Housing Services management,
- Fleet and Transportation Services Management.
Responsible for overseeing transport functions & fleet
operations across KSA with 18 different branches to ensure
a proper and optimize way in logistics processes.
- lead the VTS project “Vehicle transport System “and
analysis performance to improve productivity.
- Team of 200 drivers with light & heavy duty licenses &
many of different trucks type tractor trailer 20 ton,
distribution trucks 10, 6, 3.5 Tons & staff vehicles
- 18 Administrators & 60 as technicians & mechanics.
- Manger the SLA for fleet operation lease
Overall responsible for 5 Network warehouse along-with
3PL Storage operations including logistics to the clients, it
covers strategic role and deal with planning, administration
and general management issues
-Responsible to Plan, execute & Implement 5 Year plan for
centralization of warehousing in western region
-Negotiation with suppliers for transportation & 3PL
warehouses.
-They ensure productivity targets are met and maintain
computerized administration and automated storage and
retrieval systems.
-Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and
organize special requirements for certain stock, such as
chilled
goods or fragile products. Oversee the safe receipt,
storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
Handling full operations & administrations activities in total groups of four functions:
1. Accommodations
2. Transportation
3. Recreation
4. Ticketing
Responsibility for all warehouse activities included primary distribution
Control outsource companies (cost/productivity) and
vehicles leased (cost tracking) across KSA
-Control branches leased process
-Audit branches for ensure standards/good practice
implementation

Follow-up and recording all returns and expires from all
panda stores in Saudi Arabia to the central warehouse.
-Ensure with vendor to collect their expired/damaged stock
from central warehouse.
-Track warehouse movable assets from warehouse to store
and back to warehouse
Prepare staff budget & monitor their performance regularly.
In charge of Security and site management
-Improving security employees / the supervisors of
production and train them on fire systems & early alarm
systems
-The coordination with areas related / civil deference /red
crescent in training employees
-Communicate & coordination with other administrations in
what would be at work area
-Preparing salary budget for security employees
-Innovate & improve polices for work at the warehouses like visitors & cars entering the site
-Following attendance & absence ad late security
employees
