• Develop/re-align scope of work, develop appropriate pricing structure with input from the requesting department.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions so that they are not unfavorable to the company.
• Prepare and seek approval of commercial and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare and issue letter of acceptance (LOA) or letter of intent (LOI) & LPO.
