To ensure staffing optimization process delivers to the needs of the store. To seek and coordinate business opportunities through improved staffing. To secure timely posting of schedules with optimal staffing in order to run the store as an efficiently staffed sales mechanism, ensuring effective operations and providing for growth and sustained long term profitability according to daily business and customer needs and co-worker availability within the given budget. To provide expertise, support, and training in all aspects of staff planning, and to create timely and accurate reports that influence and steer the store management team. To deliver, in cooperation with managers in store, on the objectives in the Store Staffing Approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executing a wide range of tasks associated with user administration pertaining to establishing and maintaining account in compliance with organizational standards.
• Maintaining systems concepts through all phases of design, implementation and integration efforts, performing verification, validation and troubleshooting activities.
• Providing overall technical hardware and software support including assembling computers, installation, configuration and repair, troubleshooting software and hardware failures.
• Performing regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimum system performance, trouble shot, providing technical support, monitoring system performance reports for anomalies and implementing immediate remedial measures.
• Devising and executing the policies for utilizing the computer system and network in line with business needs to avoid major risks of unavailability of IT services.
• Directing backup and disaster recovery procedures and maintenance of company infrastructure including desktop, notebook computers, printers and scanners to ascertain better workflow.
• Staying attuned of latest version of OS and application software, whilst updating the same in the system, thus ensuring optimum system performance.
• Supporting the implementation of LAN and network installation for functioning in a trouble-free, cost-effective environment, whilst ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Extending technical support to clients, to ensure smooth operation of communication networks to provide maximum performance and availability for users.
• Assuming responsibility of department projects in the absence of Department Head of the company, thereby ensuring that tasks are executed in accordance with set procedures.
• Keeping abreast of latest technological advancements and utilizing the potential of the same to respond to the distinctive needs of the organization.

• Formulated, executed and directed I.T Help desk activities and monitored all functions of I.T Help desk to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with user requirement.
• Analyzed performance of help desk activities, identified problem areas and devised appropriate solutions to enhance quality of services provided.
• Planned and coordinated an array of activities pertaining to installation of hardware and software systems as per the technical goals of the organization.
