Job responsibilities:
❖ Deals of Fire alarm system with SIMPLEX.
❖ Installation, Testing, Commissioning of fire alarm system entirely in clinic building.
❖ Preparation of Cause and effect matrix for clinic building Zones.
❖ Preparation of clinic building Smoke and fire zones.
❖ Visioning with client, consultant and main contractor.
❖ Attending project progress review meetings with client and consultant.
❖ Co-ordination with self and sub-contractors design team.
❖ Delegation of work to execution team.
❖ Continuous monitoring of site progress and quality of work.
❖ Preparation and submission of maintenance manual, as built drawings.
❖ Carrying out site & factory inspection of panel and equipment's.
❖ Controlling all aspects of projects execution till completion
❖ Installation of all trays, trunking, conduits for containment and cabling as per approved shop drawing.
❖ Installation and termination of devices such as smoke detector, heat detector,
Break glass, sounder bases, void smoke detector, duct detector.
❖ Fire alarm Panel installation and termination as per Simplex schedule.
❖ Installation of repeater panels, monitor module, control module, fire speaker with flashers, fire speakers, telephone jack, NAC panels, repeater panels.
❖ Coordination with commissioning team for testing and commissioning.
❖ Planning and phasing of Manpower and material as per agreed programme.
❖ Involved in Cause and Effect preparation, clinic building smoke and fire zones preparation.
❖ Involved in installation, Testing and Commissioning of FIRE ALARM interface links with AHU's, MOTORISED DAMPERS, FIRE FIGHTING PANELS, ZCV, ACP, SMOKE DOORS, MAGNETIC DOOR HOLDERS, SMOKE WINDOWS, SEF, SAHU'S, SPF, SLIDING DOOR, ELEVATOR FIRE CURTAIN, PNEUMATIC PUMPS, FCU'S AND ELEVATOR INTERFACE
❖ Involved in installation, Testing and Commissioning in ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM, CCTV & PA SYSTEM.
❖ Involved in installation, Testing and Commissioning in DIMMING LIGHTING SYSTEM AND PROCESSORS for light fixtures control through WALL STATION.
❖ Involved in installation, Testing and Commissioning in LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM through manual operation, system ON/OFF status, motion sensor and photo sensor.
❖ Involved in installation, Testing and Commissioning for BMS, EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM.
❖ Involved in installation, Testing and Commissioning in EMERGENCY DISABLE ALARM SYSTEM.

❖ Experience in inspection of electrical equipment to determine the extent of repairs required using test equipment such as voltmeter, ammeter, ohm meter, Megger, Earth tester, etc.
❖ Operation and maintenance of electrical Appliances, air conditioning units and other electrical works and also able to do industrial & House Wiring.
❖ Exposure to maintenance works in running processing plants and shut-downs.
❖ To ensure that all operation of electrical equipment is carried out in a safe manner maintenance and service and in accordance with the manufactures specifications.
