As an internal sales person in the duty free, my job role consist of selling products from different categories to varies types of customers, which enrich my capabilities to be a persuasive person. Being an employee in Airport Duty Free improved my skills to work under high pressure, which makes me so eager and formed my personality to work under any circumstances. Moreover, I used to work as a cashier in the duty free which leads me to learn how to do things with high accuracy factor in order to avoid any mistakes.
During the B.Sc., several modules were covered, which gave an insight of the essential basics of Hotel Management science, management, marketing, economics, statistics, Languages studies and techniques of serving customers.
