Responsibilities:-

Implements and follows through on action plans communicated from the General Manager & President.

- Sources, assesses, and recommends functional Executive
Committee candidates. (Sales, Revenue, Finance, HR, F&B) for
sing-off by GMs/President.
- Liaises with GMs to source internal candidates. Engages and
promotes Companies with local employment market while
supporting the area as requested.
- Propose performance targets to GMs/President in line with
Company targets.
- Proactively address any tack of progress with GMs/President.
- Propose annual SMART incentive targets for bonus-eligible
members to the GMs/President for sign-off.
- Calculate and submit year-end bonus-eligible CBIPs (Company
Bonus Incentive Plans) to area for sign-off.
- Conduct regular performance reviews using the TMS (Talent
Management System) process and technology for head of
departments and above.
- Propose training needs as per the Company requirements.
- Deliver the Company specific and Corporate recommended
programs.
- Assess and enroll eligible candidates for corporate programs.
- Identify and propose high performers in the Companies for review
by area managers.
- Nominate candidates for corporate programs to area office.
- Create and manage individual development plans for head of
departments and above as part of the performance review
process.
- Identify and discuss talent with potential within the hotel. Run
succession planning process to proactively fill hotel vacancies.
- Assess all candidates in line with corporate guidelines.
- Proactively evaluate and recommend suggestions regarding
Company structures, roles, and responsibilities to area. Delivers
key corporate and area communication.
- Apply company benefits and reward initiatives.
- Sign off on HOD level and below benefits and reward. Benchmark
and propose Executive Committee benefits and reward to area.
