Responsible for handling several accounts for different clients, starting from receiving recruitment Requests, reviewing job descriptions, searching for qualified candidates according to the criteria, in order to fulfill the clients hiring need, in addition to participating in Mass recruitment projects and employment fairs.
The workshop provides the knowledge and direction to build case for competency modeling concept , linking the competency model to the vision, mission and strategic direction , and establish what may work the organization.
