Responsible for preparation of yearly recruitment plans based on business needs and approved manpower estimates as well as provides estimates on selection and recruitment costs.
Participate in the manpower planning by liaising with HR Manager and line managers for manpower needs and requirements on a yearly basis.
Create periodic reports as requested by management to all subjects related to Recruitment activities.
