- Checking all banks every day to and record the collection from a customer.
- Collecting the checks from customers and recording them in the system to keep track of
them and making DN if there is any bounced check.
- Preparing the ageing for all customers to keep track of the balances and the date of
receiving the product and checks on hand.
- Reconcile the customer statement of account against our Ledger.
- Sending balance confirmation to customer every month.
- Saving all documents made from System in our archiving system.
