Risk:
• Follow the procedure for CMA, KYC, RISK, Central Bank & Fatca (U.S.A Taxes ) .
• Disclosure to CMA regarding opening & closing the investments portfolios.
• Disclosure to CMA for clients holding more than 5 % of shares.
• Quarter disclosure for Banks.
• Preparing the requirements for Internal & External Auditor for investments portfolios
