Employee motivation and engagement planning & Succession planning
▪ Lead recruitment and selection processes for all position Negotiate & approve employment
offers
▪ Sustain the recognition system by study employee of the month nominations Recommend
and approve promotions in accordance with career path plans, and company needs Design &
Adjust organizational structure to reflect actual work flow/ line of authority Perform Job analysis
