• Site survey, evaluate each location for efficiency, sustainability, budget consuming, and recommend it to the management.
• Collect layout and measurement for each location and share it with the designers to start the initial layout then share it with the client (Samsung Levant).
• Planning phase once we receive the confirmation for the layout, planning for project and prepare all the drawings, cost estimation material list, purchase list, BOQ list. Etc.
• Prepare the Online bidding and invite the vendors once the project planning is completed to submit their offers within the given period.
• Study and evaluate each vendor offers and make sure each item priced reasonably and hand the evaluation sheet to the procurement department to confirm the winning Vendor.
• Managing multi projects at the same time and follow up the working progress, also identified all the stakeholders for each projects and identify the role for each one of them.
• Inspect and approve all the materials and provide a universal sheet for all the items to create a unified brand shape in various location.
• Held a weekly meeting with all the vendors whom currently executing a projects and update the status for each project and make sure that all the work phases executed on the given time schedule.
• Risk management by highlighting all the projects that behind schedule or with major issues, and identify the reason for lateness and act on it accordingly, and apply a fine or a penalty for the vendors in case the delay occurred from their side.

 Apply the company policy regard safety measuurment, track
and deliver all safety equipment to the staff.
 Set up a monthly meeting with the US Army engineers corps to
