₪Maintaining safe and efficient operation throughout Terminal under supervision of Shift Incharge.
₪ Monitoring Fire and Foam Deluge Panels and initiate ERP in case of an Emergency.
₪ Understanding of Cause and Effect charts.
₪ Comply relevant Standard Operating Procedures for vessel arrival and departure check list.
₪ Controlling and monitoring of all operations from CCR.
₪ Stop Dip calculations for each operation.
₪ Communicating with Field Operators/Port Operator/Vessel (for preparing pumps, lining up, utility operations, line pigging, line packing, Tank De-watering etc.) for every operation.
₪ Updating shift logs/ Operation logs for each operation including calculation of vessel hourly figures
₪ Loading Master for vessel operations.
₪ Handling of crude oil, fuel oil, gas oil, gasoline, naphtha, MTBE and PYGAS.
₪ Line packing and pigging of operations of black/white cargo as per advice from shift supervisor.
₪ Regular inspections of various equipment/area in the terminal.
₪ Operation of air, nitrogen and hot oil plant in terminal.
₪ Operation of fire fighting system including all settings and controls.
Responsibilities: Design, manage and implement electrical and electronic projects.

• PROJECT (Centrifugal Pump Test Bed) A complete PLC based mechanism which includes the testing parameters and performance characteristics (graphs) of a pump, a programmed PLC is used to calculate and display through HMI, electrical parameters like current, RPM, temperature, power and discharge pressure.
