- Check all the Quantity in the BOQ vs. the Actual Measurement.
- Prepare technical Report & Letters to the PMO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Project Manager in preparing project forecast Cost, comparison of actual cost with
the budget, cost overruns/ savings and project organization chart on a periodic basis for submittal
to HO.
- Performing cost analysis and advising project leaders on cost over-runs promptly to ensure that
corrective actions are taken.
- Establishing procedures/ practices and exercising best practices for application of the cost control
methods and procedures and their adaptation for specific projects.
- Participating in management meetings toward conceptualizing the strategic plans to meet the long-
term goals of the organization.
- Preparing project cost estimate of resources, scheduling risks and trends and other expenses
promptly through discussions with functional leaders for cost tracking in the project life cycle.
- Designing and implementing quantity measurement systems for various processes, evaluating
performance metric results and recognizing improvements for the same.
- Coordinating and assuring cost estimation, project budgeting, and cost control during the various
project phases, providing oversight and review of project-integrated controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review all drawing with B.O.Q and specs
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and
related documents.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
