Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Handling and resolve some complaint from customer when necessary by coordinating with other department.
• Responsible for the preparation of Sales Documentation to the customer such as Technical Submittal, Compliance Statement and prepare Proposal letter for the clients.
• Responsible for the Online Marketing and Advertisement by posting thru social media and other website.
• Assist PRO and admin tasks as needed. Responsible for the preparation of all the company papers and license, employee visa papers such as letters and application form to be submitted in the Immigration.
• Monitoring the entire company vehicle for the registration card, traffic fines, renewal and services when needed.
• Coordinates in the accounts with regards of attendance and mobile bills.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions in the company.
• Encoding of Sales and Purchase Receipt of clients business
• Responsible for Filing of Tax and Government regulatory compliance
• Performed Account reconciliations and general ledger entries.
• Keeping records of the cash transaction and receipts on a daily basis.
