employees to be mobilized from Jaddarah HQ - Jubail to the on-site work areas.
• Monitor employees documents such as iqama and passport, and request for renewal schedule from HR
department if personal appearance is necessary.
• Respond to employees concerns such as salary discrepancies and site allowances, and to ensure that
all concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
• Forward the complete documents to HR department for the arrangements of flight tickets and issuance
of the exit re-entry visas for employees going for vacation (annual, roster, compensatory, or emergency
leave).
• Preparing trip arrangements for Jaddarah employees from MMGP site to the closest cities for medical,
banking, or personal purposes, and for airport dropping or pickup.
• Conduct pre-exit interviews with employees who filed a non-renewal of contract notice to check if there
is any possibility of service retention (for employees recommended by their line managers). To assist
employees to ensure that all outstanding payments and grievances are settled before their demobilization
from the site.
• Track and follow-up with client regarding the payments of the monthly invoices as per the monthly
manpower cost.
• Disseminate new policies and procedures to be implemented by client or Jaddarah management to every
employee working under MGBM.
• Managing the entries for employee resignation, termination, vacation, and monthly timesheets of
