• Managing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax
regulations, in addition to acting as treasurer. Also arranging financial reports
(Revenues, Expenses and Services reports) Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing accounting Constrains and recording them in the accounting system.
• Preparing financial and service reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for presentation to
senior management.
• Processing payrolls and ensuring timely disbursement.
• Calculating and submitting zakat and tax returns in accordance with the regulations of the
Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.
• Following up on financial claims, managing accounts receivable and payable, including
overseeing payments and settlements.
• Coordinating with external auditors ( المهنيه للاستشارات الدقة بيت شركة ( and ensuring the
availability of all required documents for audit.
• Supervising disbursement operations, preparing payment orders, and controlling financial
documentation.
• Developing internal accounting procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Adjusting accounts entries and accounts closing.
• Calculating asset depreciation and handling accounting treatment for investment
properties in accordance with IFRS 40.
• Managing the financial allowance for association.
• Preparing the associations estimated budgets and linking them to actual expenditures.
• Managing procurement in line with the association needs and charitable objectives.

Receiving and serving customers and communicating with officials to serve them

Providing customer support, handling orders, and coordinating with departments to
ensure service quality. Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving and processing customer orders, and responding to inquiries professionally.
• Coordinating with technical and administrative departments to ensure prompt order
completion.
• Preparing periodic reports on customer satisfaction and submitting recommendations to
management for service improvement.
• Following up on customer cases and ensuring orders are closed according to established
standards.
