reason. Any ticket should not take more than 72 hours to be solved and closed.

•Receiving Finance department notification in order to cut services for customers with
delayed payments
•Following up the uninstallation of unneeded links
•Follow up with RF team for new IP’s
•Update contact list and broadcasts lists
•Working on Customer Satisfaction reports
•Coordinating between cs members all should be aware of any pending issues
•Following up on pending tickets
•Update all needed info for customers on the CRM
•Link configuration and soft tuning for current and new installations
•Monitor PRTG graphs alerts
•Monitor random checkups PRTG main favorites
•Monitor smart ai external network.
•NOC requests for working with rf or external network.

• Stay standby 24/7 in case of emergency
• Coordinate with all the departments (such as Network Operation Center, Radio Frequency,
