Maintaining inventories in Warehouse & sub stores. Ensuring that materials are properly charge to patients and departments. Stock level of the various items are set and maintained, that orders and re-orders are made or requested to be made in good time.
Supervising and giving necessary training to stores personnel and subordinates encouraging them to work will and willingly in the most economic manner in the best interest of the enterprise.
Assist to Internal auditor at time of closing inventory.
Preparing monthly inventory reports and forward to President, COO i.e Total consumption department wise, minimum and maximum level, expired items, non moving and dead stock, Actual consumption V/s Budget as per category and department wise, Inventory turnover Ratios etc.
Ensure warehouse meets any and all Certifications and company standards for safety, efficiency and cleanliness.
Maintain documentation to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities.
Maintain the safety of staff and students in the university
- Make sure all entrances and exits of the site upon receipt of
- Help and guide any person or visitor to facilitate his arrival at the location
