• Monitoring and Handling any issues that may occur at the promotional or event site
• Recording and Delivering stocks for promotions/events at different locations
• Activating the promotions/events while coordinating with the clients
• Arranging approvals for the outlets
• Monitoring the promotional/event campaign and keeping a record in pictures
• To plan, coordinate, and manage records and data systems
• Data collection, verification, and compilation methods
• Provides quality assurance by analyzing and verifying data entered into the state mandated system
• Coordinate with planning and engineering sections to ensure customer needs will be carried out smoothly
• Initiate conference calls between the enterprise customers and concerned departments to give precise information about the action taken on their complaints
• Maintain database of customer requests, apprehensions and suggestions for follow-ups and to keep monitoring actions taken by the respective departments
• Manage and provide guidance to the Telesales Team.
• Responsible for creating public interest in the product by giving them value added service information associated with the product
• Making a minimum of 100 calls per day, with a minimum of 20 customer contacts per week, each with a clear and measurable objective
• Recording details of interested customers in order to follow up
