•Assist and implement organization Chart for all departments
• Responsible for performance appraisal.
• Assist in the implementation of recruitment objectives, policies.
• Assist and coordinate in preparation of manpower plan & accordingly prepare monitor and control, an efficient recruitment plan.
•Receive all the job applications, sort and classify based on each profession and store in database for retrieval.
• Specific recruitment processing tasks include: short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions, organizing interviews and producing interview schedules.
• Manage vacancy and candidate records on software and, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
• Proper & Maintain job description database.
• Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants to generate monthly report.
• Stay current with online advertising trends as well as innovations specifically on social networking sites like Google plus - Facebook -twitter - LinkedIn.
•Develop as well as maintain relationships with employment agencies other recruitment
Creates, maintains and update personal files in complying with Egyptian labor and company law.
Deals with the governmental external as labor office, social insurance
Updating the annual contracts for the entire employee plus the salary increase in insurance form S2.
Prepare the paper work for terminate and hiring personnel.
Creates all report about manpower of the company employment yearly
I'm having an experience in law business especially in the labor filled and social insurance and I'm having
(The right to appear front of the Appeal court and the council of state.)
