• Prepare adjustments to source system reconciliations
• Monitoring all inventory transactions in the general ledger.
• assisting in the receiving and shipping department in logging all incoming inventory purchases
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
• Responsible for overall merchant/vendor payment process
• Accounts payable processing (Under Oracle Environment)
• Reconcile invoices for all credit sales to corporate
• Follow-up on A/R by issuing timely and accurate statements including reconciliation.
• Prepare and present analysis of Foreign shipments Cost
• Develop and implement pricing in adherence to pricing policy.
• Analyze and reconcile account balances and maintain its supporting documents and schedules such as Asset Register, Prepayment Schedule, Accounts and Loans Payable, and Cash Advances.
• Pass journal entries relating to fixed assets, income, month-end accruals, prepayments, inventories, etc.
• Support Part of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing activities for cash and bank accounts
• Performs any additional duties as requested by the Financial Controller
• Update perfectly status report when the company needs.
