• Studies and gives comments on the contractor’s claims.

• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
• Prepares, supervises and approves the development of PEP \[from construction point of view\], and its implementation plus ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project including Project Close-out.
• Manage the construction effort and be the construction representative of our company with Client.
• To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.
• Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning, load-out and offshore installation hook-up and offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
• Monitor and report to Project Manager Details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
• Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for onshore construction and man-hours, duration and manning forecasts for offshore hook-up and offshore installation durations and resource requirements.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.

• Maintain and interpret site drawings, topographical drawings, construction drawings, rebar drawing and rebar schedules.
• Setting out from the contract drawings/information, carry out surveys as and when required.
• Be able to use robotic instruments, GPS instruments, lasers, levels etc.
• Ensure works are carried out as per the contract drawings and specification.
• Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports and records.
• Provide as built information.
• Ensure gangs are working correctly, implement and maintain permit to dig and other relevant permits (if applicable). Assist/have responsibility for the Health and Safety matters on site.
• Communicate with the site manager/rest of the site team and assist with the organising of site, this would include materials, forecasting materials / plant required and sub-contract management.
• Be able to attend meetings/deal with the client/inspectors if the site manager cannot attend.
• Be a point of contact for the clerk of works/client/gangers/sub-contractors to assist with the progression of works and carry out any inspections required with any required party.
• Assist with inputting information/durations to programme of works.

• Being fully conversant with specified requirements and the PIP
• Scheduling inspections of works to match progress
• Ensuring the attainment of specified requirements in Completed works.
• Re-inspecting works to ensure corrective and preventive actions taken are adequate.
• Supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in inspecting incoming materials to ensure adherence to company standards and client specification.
• Supporting the construction team on consolidated punch-list team activities and subsequent acceptance of systems.
• Preparing QA documents (PQP, PIP, ITP, MS etc....).

• Managing construction activities and subcontractors.
