❖ Conducting daily visits to our partnered shops to ensure that the products available are mirrored with those of Instashop through using a handheld scanner
❖ Ensuring all the products in the shop reflect correctly in our system (barcode, quantity, price, image, and description)
❖ Collaborating with the shop staff to update the stock availability
❖ Monitor stock levels and identify products out of stock
❖ Assist the product photographer with products’ shoots
❖ Actively create daily reports to analyze the stock | assortment status of the shop
❖ Travelling to new markets to perform the above tasks whenever necessary
Sourcing our clients online and over phone
Creating reservations on the Global Distribution System
Managing walk-in clients and helping them communicate with the agency staff for relevant bookings
&requirements.
Creating & updating daily accounting sheets, balance sheets, sales record etc.
Managing back-office work
Contacting potential or existing premium customers and advising them on the latest promotions
Acquisition of new customer, development of existing accounts & retain existing accounts
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Enter and update customer information in the database (CRM)
Outdoor sales by applying POC material on Point Of Sale machines and convincing new customers to
accept the service
