1-Support the ERP (Oracle Based) by Installing it, repairing it bugs, creating usernames and distributing roles, also exporting stock Inventory reports.

2-Support Handheld machines (Android) used for invoicing and collection by installing the APK on the devices and managing them from a Back office (SQL Based).

3-Support BMS (Humidity and Temperature system) by installing its software and the hardware sensors, also retrieving reports from this system.

4-Support the CCTV system by installing the cameras through network or Coaxial cables to the DVR and retrieving recordings from it.

5-Handling the CMS by changing the data for the website constantly such as text and images.

6-Handle tracking system (Web Based) by retrieving reports from it.

7-Configuring routers, switches and access points.

8-Installing all operating systems types (format, repair, upgrade, Imaging).

9-Network cabling by patching the cables.

10-MS Office support especially Excel formulas (word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
11-Creating new items on the ERP including assigning costs and sales price and repricing.
12-Handling the Active directory on Windows server, creating new users and changing passwords.
13-Creating emails, installing them on the Users computers and tablets and troubleshooting if any error occurs to solve it.
14-Performing Backups on Tapes or external drives, San storage and cloud (daily, weekly, monthly).
15-Firewall management (giving access to the internet, limit some users and blocking others.
16-Restoring lost files.
17-Multimedia Support (editing movies-cropping songs and pictures).
18-Access cards management (assigning each card what door it opens at a certain time).
19-UPS system management using Netvision software to monitor if any error occurred and the health of the batteries.
20-Handpunch machine management (creating users and enrolling new finger prints)
21-Computer hardware and software Support (changing hardware parts or finding a fix for a certain software).
22-Printers, Copiers and scanners configuration and sharing.
23-Installing Intranet reports and exporting sales, accounting, collection and stock reports from them.
