-HVAC services organization by preparing standard submission requirements & CAD Drawings & check lists as necessary by implementing the latest available standards/technologies.
-Review all the related HVAC services submissions and issue comments/approvals.
-Ensure abidance with building codes and other technical standards in the engineering drawings; ensure the compliance of Regulations and Design Guidelines.
-Communicate, liaise and Co-ordinate with the internal sections and external clients towards the raised problems and proposed solutions.
Working Project:
- MOI (SECURITY FORCES MEDICAL CENTER PROJECT)
Liaison with the client, contractor and design consultant representatives.
Monitor and assign work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
Supervision of contractor and control of quality on a daily basis. Review of contractor's material, shop drawing and method statement submissions for conformance with contract documents.
Responsible for the Design and Engineering drawing by AutoCad or SolidWorks of HVAC and Filtration (dust collection) Projects.
Handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts.
Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed.
Maintain photo and written diaries to record daily works
Assist in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
Responsible for Installation of Mechanical Equipment at sites.

-Review Contractor’s installation method statements.
-Ensure that the Contractor’s Mechanical shop drawings are properly reviewed against the contract drawings.
