A) Within RFZ (Reda Free Zone) Warehouse - from 01/09 to 12/09

• Performing warehouse activities (receiving, binning & issuing) for ESP parts with all relevant computer transactions (receipts, physical count reports & issue/return tickets)
• Raising delivery tickets for equipment (pumps, motors, gas separators/handlers etc…) sent to clients (oil production companies)
• Monitoring, maintaining stock level

B) Within Petrobel Co. (Abu rudeis base) Reda store - from 01/10 to 12/10

• performing the above mentioned duties in addition to studying client’s needs to improve service quality (collecting/analyzing wells history data & predicting requirements change)
• coordinating with field supervisors to cover technical aspects & resolve problems if present

* It's to be mentioned that accepting the above job was based on agreeing with REDA Pump's administration to get a 6 month of training before being promoted to the position of (Stores manager) ... due to some inconveniences in work environment, such agreement couldn't be fulfilled, so I've consequently chosen to resign ...

• Receiving materials from suppliers according to Purchase Orders & processing the receipt of material in the system using Portal G software
• Raising Discrepancy reports for the rejected materials
• Daily contact with Quality Assurance Engineer to discuss/check the items description
• Communicating with users for the delivery of materials to the Operational sites & Rigs, issuing material as per Material Requests received from different users and locations
• Liaison with the Shipping Section for transportation of materials
• Prepare and process all documentation related to material deliveries, issues and returns & control incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
• Attend to Suppliers and Users inquiries and comply with their requirements
• Contact frequently with Purchasing, Finance to follow-up Section/Department's queries and requirements

* I "willingly" resigned from this job as a reason for low salary... 3200 AED
