Manage proper reviews of Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method Statement, Contractor’s Quality Plan and Test Reports.
Monitor and control the supervision team performance.
Manage proper review, and response to Contractor’s Request For Information (RFI)
Ensure all materials delivered to site inspected and conform to specified requirements.
Ensure that all defects/ improper works are identified by Deficiency Reports or NCRs.
Coordinating with all task holders within the project to ensure implementing the required preventive/corrective actions to overcome quality problems.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports ( performance and status)
Head technical and pre-job meetings and attend progress meetings
Monitor and Control laboratory testing.
Review and certify contractor’s invoices
Maintain project time schedule.
Participate in partial completion testing & commissioning and project close-out process ( Punch List, As-built records, O & M manuals and warranties)
