• Execute new employees’ visa process, deal with immigration requirements (visa change status, cancellation, visa stamping, medical formality, consulate visits etc., ).
• Guide employees about the paperwork required for processing their visas and necessary steps to complete their visa related formalities.
• Inform in advance and follow up with employees about the visa related documents to be submitted by them before expiry of visas to avoid fines.
• Preparing Legal Agreements /MOA/Share Transfer/Power Of Attorney.

• Dealing with police stations to solve - follow any problems related to the company\ employees.
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries from Group staff members.
• Update and draft HR policies and procedures taking into account best practice and legal compliance.
• Creating and implementing HR processes.
• Organize recruitment and take care of onboarding of the employees.
• Source talent from a variety of databases, career sites, LinkedIn and other available resources, etc.
• Screen applicants and identify potential suitable candidates.
• Solicit all required information from successful candidates to facilitate visa, sponsorship, residency, attestation, etc. before turning new hires over to the government relations area for onboarding and induction.
• Communicate Employee Handbook and HR policies and procedures manual to line management and staff.
• Participate in the staff management.
• Leads roll out/launch/execution of HR Communication strategies and initiatives.
• Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
• Ensure staff and recruitment cost is aligned with the budget and forecast.
• Ensure that the payroll is submitted to finance on the agreed date.
• Prepare counselling letters, verbal warnings, warning letters and support the progressive discipline processes with line managers.
• Prepare company letters (e.g. salary certificate, no objection certificate for travel, employment certificate, incentive letter, salary review letter, no objection certificate for driving etc.).
• Supports line management in differentiating between performance issues and training issues. Overseeing Professional Development of all employees.
• Assists line management in reviewing and adapting organizational structure for optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct exit interviews for staff, identifying trends and remedial action.
