• Built the supply chain department in Asfour M.R. Co, (Shaped the supply chain strategy, put SOP & policy, determined the jobs descriptions with full job analysis, hired man power, demonstrated & deployed the supply chain principals and disciplines)

• Receiving of 1, 500- different materials for production use & distribution

• This was done through maintaining a certain level of inventory for our strategic products to be ready just on order & minimum level of inventory for the absolute products and managing it when it is confirmed
• Keeping an average level for the projected sales depending on our historical records & our sales team studies & forecast

• Monitoring & enhancing the orders' fulfilment process from sourcing the raw material & packaging material until the delivery of the finish goods for the distributor or the ultimate customer
• Demonstrate & implement the strategy through certain set of functions to be followed by the logistic team, assess the Logistic functions periodically for the purpose of evaluating each function through the feedback which we receive it from our own team or the customers.
• Responsible for the production priorities plan for the all Production lines within the company
• Negotiate the Priorities with all sales departments by item & then discuss those priorities with production in order to match those priorities with batches sizes and nature of the products when considering the factor of availability of the raw material & packaging material
• Sharing in market research projects for new Markets or new targeted segments, by presenting a full logistical study describing the elements of the logistical cost & time estimation & available options of transportation "mode of transportation, preferable channel of distribution"
